Delete your account & data

You can delete your Kookar account and associated personal data at any time — directly in the app, or by request if you can’t access it.

01Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Kookar app and sign in.
  2. Go to your Profile, then account settings.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deactivated immediately, your device is unregistered from push notifications, and your personal data is deleted as described below.

02Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email privacy@kookar.in from the email or with the phone number associated with your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your account. We will action verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Deletion is permanent. Some data held by payment processors (such as Razorpay) is governed by their own retention obligations.
